Lou Pizante
The Experientialists
Partner
In the thrilling, yet often bewildering, world of location-based entertainment and experiential happenings, Lou deftly balances legal insight and financial acumen while trying my darnedest not to crush the creative soul. He is co-founder and partner of The Experientialists, where he regularly trades in the improbable, dabbles in the unimaginable, and goes to the edge of what is possible in immersive entertainment and location-based experiential. He is also general counsel of RPM Raceway, charged with managing such risks as supplying high-powered, all-electric, indoor go-karts to untried but surprisingly confident consumers (who are mostly bent on gunning it through lightning fast straightaways or finding the apex of each hairpin turn).
Prior to all this, he ann away and joined a high-tech circus, where he was largely responsible for quashing robot uprisings and risk-managing accidental violations of physics and occasional eyebrow injuries. He once sold the Mexican government an organic cloud that rained actual tequila (google: tequila cloud). He was the CFO/GC for a company 100% owned by Nature, where he was primarily tasked with figuring out exactly what the heck that means. He holds a JD/MBA from NYU.
